How to request help
1 - Reach out by email or phone and briefly describe your situation and what needs fixing.
2 - We'll confirm eligibility in a short, private conversation — no paperwork, no judgment.
3 - We schedule a visit, show up on time, and complete the work at no cost to you.
4 - We follow up to make sure everything is working as it should.
